“A Passion for Flight: From Beech Skipper to Lancair Evolution”
- HYBRID EVENT -

msm-headshotHave you ever looked to the sky and seen a small aircraft aloft and wondered what it would be like to be that pilot?  Are they flying just to enjoy the view or are they launching on a big trip with their friends or family? Michael Meade, a licensed pilot since 1987, who has owned three aircraft, will share his knowledge, experiences, and passion for powered flight and will try to answer all your questions along the way.

Meade, CEO of Lampost Capital in Boca Raton and former president of the Broward Harvard Club, holds a single and multi-engine land, commercial pilot’s license with instrument rating.   He has amassed approximately 2000 hours during 860+ flights.  He has been pilot in command of 35 makes and models, has flown deep into the Caribbean, out to California and Seattle, and up to Maine and Canada.  He loves to fly back to Bedford, MA where he passed his FAA check ride for his private pilot’s certificate in 1987 during his senior spring at Harvard.  He lives in Boca Raton with his wife Mindy where they raised their two children, Alex AB ‘19, and Samantha AB ‘21.
