SAVE THE DATE: Please join us Thursday, August 7th for the ninth annual All-Ivy Send-Off Party from 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at The Alfond Inn in Winter Park. Admission is free. You just pay for your food and drinks. We’ll be gathering in the bar area (right next to Hamilton’s Kitchen). Valet parking is complimentary, if you ask your server to validate your parking ticket. For those new to the All-Ivy Club, or unfamiliar with this tradition, the "All-Ivy Send-Off Party" is a gathering for the new members of the class of 2018 (and their parents/guests) to meet some fellow Ivy Leaguers: past, present, and future. Those who have attended the past eight years have told me it was a great way to meet some of their fellow classmates-to-be, and a fun way to say goodbye to some of their friends who were going off to other schools. They also appreciated the insights of the alumni/ae and current students who shared valuable wisdom regarding their experiences. If you know of any students who have just matriculated, or if you know of any current Ivy League students who are in Central Florida for the summertime, please forward this e-mail along to them. We'd like to see a record turnout for this gathering, so please forward this invitation along to others with an Ivy League connection (also Duke, MIT, Stanford, Seven Sisters).
