October 25, 7:30 - 9:00 am
The Citrus Club of Orlando

The Leadership Breakfast series is presented by the Harvard Club of Central Florida

In this interactive presentation, our very own Orlando native and fellow Ivy League alumni and the current and longest serving Mayor of Orlando,

Buddy Dyer will join us and tell the story of how his unique background in business, engineering, law, and leadership compelled him to enter politics

and becoming the longest serving mayor in our city’s history! He will discuss several innovative ideas he believes are critical for Orlando’s success as

well as address issues most important to attendees.

Key priorities: Keeping our community safe, generating jobs, becoming the most sustainable City in the nation, making it easier to get around, increasing

the quality of life and ending homelessness.

Networking Opportunity - In addition to learning from brilliant leaders, our breakfast meetings are also an opportunity to let others know

about your business (or job search) during the "Round Robin Introductions" period. Bring plenty of business cards!

More on Mayor Dyer*...

Mayor Dyer was born in Orlando and raised in nearby Kissimmee. He and his wife Karen, an attorney, have two sons, Trey and Drew.
Buddy Dyer has served as Mayor of the City of Orlando since 2003, and from his first day in office, he has worked tirelessly to advance the
community’s shared vision for Orlando as America’s 21st Century City. Mayor Dyer has strived to increase cooperation and partnership between
Central Florida’s many governments, its business and civic communities and its residents. The result of this effort is a new era of collaboration
that has paved the way for a series of remarkable, transformational accomplishments for greater Orlando in a very short period of time
and has set the city on course for a more prosperous future.
